  • Visa application assistance and guidance

  • English Club and language training programs
  • Bootcamp and immersion programs
  • Talent coaching and professional development
  • Parent follow-up and support services

The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or consultation bookings.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to:

  • Individuals aged 18 and over who can enter into legally binding contracts
  • Minors (under 18) with explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian
  • Organizations acting on behalf of eligible individuals

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging our services. This includes:

5. Fees and Payment

  • Approval of visa applications
  • Scholarship or financial aid awards
  • Specific test scores or academic outcomes
  • Employment or career placement after studies

Admission and visa decisions are made by independent institutions and authorities over which we have no control.

6.3 Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information about:

  • Educational institutions and programs
  • Application requirements and deadlines
  • Visa regulations and processes
  • Study abroad opportunities

However, requirements and policies can change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Afies+ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Afies+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: institution decisions, government actions, natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party errors
  • We are not responsible for opportunities lost due to application denials or delays

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Afies+, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or rights of third parties
  • Inaccurate or false information you provide
  • Your misuse of our services

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined according to Section 5.3.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Continuing the service relationship is no longer feasible

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State where our headquarters is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For our branch operations in Benin, applicable local laws shall also apply.
